  Room amenities: a bathroom unit (shower, toilet, washbasin),  single bed, a table and chairs, TV set, refrigerator. This spacious and comfortable guest room has been recently very well renovated. It has a wardrobe a lounge with upholstered furniture and a bedroom with a double bed.
• Single room with amenities, 2-roomed
  Room amenities: a bathroom unit (shower, toilet, washbasin), two single beds, a table and chairs.  The room has mid level renovation.
• Double Comfortable room, 2-roomed (east and west oriented rooms are located in the building No 2, 3).
  Room amenities: a bathroom unit (shower, toilet, washbasin), a table and chairs, a wardrobe, TV set, refrigerator. This guest room has has  a lounge with upholstered furniture and a bedroom with a double bed.  The room has good renovation.
• Single Suite (2-roomed)
  Room amenities: a bathroom unit (shower, toilet, washbasin),  a table and chairs, TV set, refrigerator. This spacious and comfortable guest room has been recently very well renovated. It has a wardrobe a lounge with upholstered furniture and a bedroom with a double bed.

FB plan - three meals a day is offered at the sanatorium Polyana, dietary meals are available on menu a la carte. 
There are cafe, bars, restaurant offering improved meals, a canteen within the territory of the sanatorium.

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.
